The Horrible Holloween Dragon

Here's my Halloween special. ^^ Sorry it's late, I actually had it done the Thursday before Halloween, but I was so damn busy I couldn't post it. Sorry for the crap scale; it was super rushed.

Anyway, the way this dragon works:
He is a skeleton, but he's wearing a dark violet cloth over it, which is buttoned down the front, then over that, he wears a tattered dark blue cloth that is stitched into the back of the violet one; his wings are a thick black cloth that is attached to the wing bones by wire, and the blue and violet cloths are sticted to it. He broke his tail some time ago, so he attached a chain with a sycthe on the end, to help him catch prey (trick-or-treaters). He has a little black/dark gray flesh remaining on his honrs and in his mouth. A wire mesh surrounds his neck and rib cage to keep prey in. When he eats someone, all he gets out of it is hearing them screaming while they're poked by the spikes lining the inside of the mesh. They die and rot, so the mesh is very disgusting. One will often see him bleeding, but the blood isn't his. He only comes out on halloween night, when people won't think much of screams coming from town.

I might write a little something to go with it about Akarui, Shigo, and Hanabi fighting this thing on Halloween. But that probably won't be for a while... >.>;

Done in copics on manga paper. I have a lot to learn about copics... could someone please point me to a good textures tut?
